This cover provides monetary payments in the event of accidental loss of life, accidental permanent total disability, accidental temporary disability and medical expenses incurred as a result of accidental injury. The sums of monies paid are in accordance with the scale of benefits set forth in the policy schedule. The death, disablement and or bodily injury sustained by the insured person should have been caused solely and directly by violent, accidental and visible means.
The student personal accident on the other hand is primarily for all school going persons in kindergarten to University against the financial consequences of accidents during school hours and school activities. Similarly, the cover provides monetary payments in the event of death, disablement and or bodily injury sustained by the insured person caused by violent, accidental and visible means. The sums of monies paid are in accordance with the scale of benefits set forth in the policy schedule.
